As an independent, international charity, Science for Animal Welfare works to improve the welfare of farm, companion, lab, wild, and captive animals through evidence-based research, education, and policy influence.

Annual salary increments based on the Universities and Colleges Employers Association pay scale*

25 days annual leave increasing to 30 days after ten years of service**
